Syntegra sells Dodo to Management and CIC Investissement

Groupe DODO: MBO backed by CIC Investissement Est

January 6, 2010 - Groupe DODO, the bedding manufacturer and retailer, has been taken over through a management buy-out transaction backed by CIC Investissement Est, daily Capactu online reported. The unsourced report said that CIC Investissement Est acquired a 20% stake, alongside managers Didier Hannaux and Marc Cerf, from Syntegra Capital.

Groupe DODO employs 500 people on 4 sites. The company, based in Saint-Avold, France, generates revenues of EUR 70m, the report said (Source:CapActu (http://www.capactu.com).
